We are not responsible for any outages, malfunctions, or limitations related to third-party software.

9. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend access to our services if: There is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. The service is being used for unethical or fraudulent purposes. There is non-payment for subscription-based services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ramp Scaling Systems LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software, consulting, and implementation services to our clients. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all subscriptions and programs.


1. Software Subscription (White-Label Go HighLevel Platform)

Monthly Subscriptions

All subscriptions renew automatically each month.

To cancel, please submit written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date.

Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

Access will remain active through the end of the paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront for a 12-month term and are non-refundable.

If you cancel early, your access remains active until the end of your paid term.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused months.

To prevent renewal, submit written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date.

Account Access & Data

Accounts may be suspended at the end of the paid term if payment fails or service is canceled.

Clients are responsible for exporting their data prior to termination.


2. Done-With-You & Done-For-You Programs

Setup Fees

Some clients pay a one-time setup or implementation fee; others work purely on performance-based terms.

Refund Policy

If a setup fee was paid and we fail to deliver the agreed-upon results within 90 days, you’ll receive a full refund of the setup fee.

Refunds exclude ad spend, third-party subscriptions, or marketing expenses paid directly by the client.

Performance-based fees (commission or revenue share) are non-refundable once results are achieved and verified.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.

Work completed before cancellation remains billable.

Any performance payments due at cancellation must be paid in full.

Refunds are not granted for failure to implement or use provided tools or deliverables.

Ramp Scaling Systems reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Exceptions require written approval by an authorized representative.
